Creede Dogs!

I could not possibly go somewhere without getting a few dog shots! Since Creede was a small town, it seemed easier to just walk up to people and ask if they minded my taking their photograph. I only got turned down a couple of times, but never by someone with a dog. This adorable little lady was quite worried that her dog was not happy having his picture taken, so I had to grab a couple of very quick shots. You can certainly see the concern in her, the human’s, face!

This woman was happy to sit for me, but then would not look at me. Her adorable little partner was happy to oblige, so I decided to shoot with a low DOF and put his ‘human’ in the background!

Kara called me one afternoon and told me that there were two great canines guarding a truck in the parking lot. I cruised on down to capture the scene!

Another day Kara and I were discussing the need to find some sort of action to photograph. Ray a local overheard us and volunteered his dog, Emma! We all went to the park and had great time shooting Emma chasing her ball! Wow, does she ever love the sport! I also got a sweet photo of her big furry partner in crime!

Ronna - I love the dog pictures. Ray’s large dog attended a wedding last weekend. Tried to pose in front of the wedding party. We had to gently remove her so you could see the flower girls and ring bearer! The picture of Emma in action ROCKS!!!
