Reflections On An Agility Weekend!

I spent last weekend at an Agility Trial in Brownsville, Oregon. We have not competed since July 2007. I ran both Stella and Phlash, but Stella went on strike on Saturday and did not get back into the game until the last event on Sunday. She decided that it was more fun to go visit the ring crew, which certainly used a lot less energy. But, for some unknown reason, she rallied for the last event and ran so fast that I could hardly keep up with her. Phlash was steady and accurate, but not speedy! We have a lot to work on! I had to laugh when I saw this photo of Phlash that was taken by the photographer, Joe Camp. I can definitely relate to his scruffiness and determination, after finding the end of a dark tunnel! I have sort of been feeling that way in my attempt to create a blog and a website! The good news is that we had a very fun weekend and even brought home some ribbons!

Debbie Z Dunne - He is usually pretty fast at getting out of tunnels! LOL

Family!!

Somehow it seemed appropriate to start my blog with an image of the oldest member of my family meeting the youngest member of my family for the first time! As you can tell, Great Grandpa Ron (my Dad) is totally enthralled with “little princess” Morgen, as is everyone else in the family. She is my first grandchild and she is beautiful!
